On August 23-25, Translation Forum Russia – the Russian largest translation and localization conference – was held in St. Petersburg. This year the event celebrated its 10th anniversary and was attended by the record-breaking number of industry players: 700+ translation service customers, translation agency CEOs and team leaders, full-time employed and freelance translators, teachers and representatives of higher education institutions. As usual, this TFR embraced the variety of issues, such as translation skills, management, new industry practices and many other related topics.

For the second year already, AUM presented its report at the conference. This time we shared our workload assessment and incentive system for project managers that AUM developed and successfully implemented in 2018. The speech aroused keen interest of industry peers, as AUM’s system appears to be a unique tool that enables optimizing the allocation of translation projects among managers and planning project management activities.
