On March 24–27, AUM once again participated in the GALA Conference, an annual industry event hosted by the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA). This year, the Conference was held in Munich, gathering 500 representatives of 280 companies from 50 countries. As per the recent trends, most of the sessions centered around the topic of artificial intelligence and automation. Nevertheless, many speakers chose to focus on customer relations and the issue of quality. The event culminated in a slide from the final session with the hashtag #customerobsessed. It represented a call-to-action and a beacon for all translation services providers to follow.
